She was predeceased by: her parents, Florian "Babe" Dolske and Irene Dolske (Sworksi); and her brother Steven Dolske. She is survived by: her daughters, Tracy Guderski and Tricia Retzlaff (Brian) of Omro, WI; her grandchildren, Preston, Peyton (Annah), Camden and Brenden Retzlaff; and her sister Patti Koehler (George) of Oshkosh, WI.
Kathy's wishes were that memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children Hospital, 5501 N. Cumberland Ave., #101, Chicago, IL 60656.
