He was predeceased by : his foster parents, Fred Voeltner and Grace Voeltner; and his foster brother David Street. He is survived by : his sister-in-law Judith Street of Green Lake, WI; his niece Stephanie Osheim (David) of Princeton, WI; and his nephew Brian Street (Angie Schieler) of Sitka, AK..
