It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Galster of Green Lake, Wisconsin, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on March 15, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claiborne Lisle and Marion Lisle (Leith); her husband Russell George Galster; her brother Donald C. Lisle; her parents-in-law, Hazel and Russell Galster; and her son-in-law Paul Kinas.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Winn Galster of Green Lake, WI, Evelyn Elizabeth Galster of Green Lake, WI, Claiborne Lisle Galster of Michigan, Brian Raymond Galster (Cathy) of Green Lake, WI, Steven Russell Galster (Onkuri) of Bangkok, Thailand, Heidi-Ann Scharlat (Richard) of Falls Church, VA and Donald Congreve Galster (Laura) of Brookfield, WI; and her close friend Thomas Driscoll of Sarasota, FL.. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
The "Cynthia Winn Galster Memorial Fund" will be established under the charity Freeland to be designated for youth scholarships for the Green Lake school district.
