He was predeceased by: his parents, Burel Nielsen and Genevieve Nielsen (Babler); his siblings, Larry, Robert, James, Randall, Donny Nielsen (Ethel) and Cheryl Boutott; and his brothers-in-law, Norbert Fisher and Carl Wilkinson.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Robert "Bobby" Nielsen (Tracey) and Beth Bielski (Jeff); his grandchildren, Brooke Platkowski (David), Hailey Nielsen, Ashley Ziegler (Ryan), Nicole Bielski (Gavin Henn) and Josh Bielski; his great grandchildren, Vaida, Booker Platkowski, Carson Harrill, Braylee, Scarlett Ziegler and Cade Bentley; his siblings, Judith Fisher of Green Bay, Jeffrey Nielsen of Green Bay, Laurie "Toots" Wilkinson of Green Bay, Mary De Villers (Larry) of Florida, Cindy Jones of Florida and Gary Nielsen (Stephanie) of Amarillo, TX; and his siblings-in-law, James Boutott and Joyce Nielsen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
