He is survived by: his wife Shirley Schwartz; his children, Bruce Kotarek (Melissa), Karen Key (Bruce), Mark Kotarek (Lisa) and Kelly Medenwaldt (Chris); and his grandchildren, Jessica Merchak (Jeremiah), Brad Kotarek (Amanda), Megan Herdrich (Ben), Justin Key (Sarah), Samantha Key (Jason Revels), Griffin Kotarek (Sara Harris), Lucas Kotarek, Kajen Medenwaldt and Jersey Medenwaldt. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nativity of Our Lord Parish (2270 S Oneida St, Green Bay, WI 54304). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
