In loving memory of Tamela M Adams of Green Bay, Wisconsin, who departed this world on April 6, 2025 at the age of 56. Tamela leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sandra "Sandy" Zak (Rozmarynoski) and Don Zak; her grandparents, Robert and Phyllis Rozmarynoski; and her grandson Finley.

She is survived by: her husband Jonathan Adams; her children, Christopher Clasen, Amanda Duquaine, Joshua Duquaine and Logan Fischer; her grandchildren, Braden, Branden, Hayden, Silas, Madelyn, Sophia, Mason, Axel, Elliana and Emma; her siblings, Teresa Froseth (Troy), Toni Soyring (Jon) and David Gohr (Tracy); her parents-in-law, Lloyd and Lois Adams; and her sister-in-law Danielle. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Blaney Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1521 Shawano Ave, Green Bay, WI 54303). A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Tami's name.
