With solemn reverence, we commemorate Sylvia Zahorik of Green Bay, Wisconsin, whose life came to an end on January 6, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Genrich and Hazel Genrich; her son David Zahorik; her siblings, James Genrich, Delores Diels, Ronnie Genrich, Gene Genrich and Bill Genrich; and her siblings-in-law, Arthur Pribek, Randy Thomason, Wayne Marcelle, Gilbert Zahorik, Fred Stueck, Joyce Genrich, Janet Stueck and Marjorie Zahorik.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Zahorik; her children, Annette Hansen (Victor), Doug Zahorik (Lisa) and Wendy Shaw (Cal); her grandchildren, Kimberly Beyersdorf (Matt), Randy Zahorik (Andrea), Jenna Ihssen (Nate) and Tony Craney (Ariel); her great grandchildren, Isabel, Sophie, Isaac, Maycie, Esmay, Raelyn, Winnie, Wilder, Axel, Ila and McKenna; her siblings, Betty Thomason, Patty Pribek, Ramona Marcelle, Mary Clarksen (Arlyn), Bob Genrich and Mike Genrich; and her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Zahorik and Gerry Griffe (Ruth). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Messiah Lutheran (3186 Eaton Rd, Green Bay, WI 54311). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
