He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Nelson and Lorraine Nelson (Smeester); and his brothers, Gerald and Julian. He is survived by: his wife Lois Peterman; his daughter Kelly Heezen (Brent); his grandchildren, Nathan (Sophie), Emily (Austin) and Kadence; and his brother Roy Nelson (Susen). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many more family and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pfotenhauer Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1145 Cardinal Ln, Green Bay, WI 54313).
