He is survived by: his children, Kenny Butterfield, Anna Butterfield, Brandon Butterfield (Hannah) and Amanda Butterfield; his grandchildren, Boston, Aribell, Zacharia, Zaire and Jessamae; his siblings, Shawn Butterfield (Patti) and Kelly Butterfield; his nieces and nephews, Chris Butterfield (Kim), Neisa Butterfield (Nell), Bradley Butterfield (Teashiana), Emily Sero, Julia Langer (Jeremy) and Ross Butterfield; his aunts, Tina and Laurie; and the mothers of children, Mary Bunker and Lisa Zasada. He is also survived by her relatives and friends.
