It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rick Schnese of Green Bay, Wisconsin, born in Shawano, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 9, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Scott Michael; his parents, Louis Schnese and June Schnese; and his parents-in-law, Earl and Mavis Riesenberg.
He is survived by: his wife Barb Riesenberg; his sons, Andrew, Ryan, Bichon and Dickens of Green Bay; his sisters, Barbara Hartwig (Charles) of Green Bay, WI, Patti Wolfe (Randy) of Sewell, NJ and Jayne of Shawano, WI.; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Riesenberg (Barb) of Shawano, WI, Tom Riesenberg (Terry) of Green Bay, WI, Diane Mizak of Philadelphia, PA and Anne Riesenberg of Grafton, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and their children.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Christ the King Lutheran Church (1700 Cardinal Ln, Green Bay, WI 54313). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials directed to Christ the King Lutheran Church in Rick's name are appreciated.
