He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Stark and Ann Stark (Prekop); his son Kenneth Stark; his brother-in-law Bob Sheleski; and also Timothy Schwartz.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Netzel; his daughters, Lori Barnd (Thomas) of Minneapolis, MN and Linda Paige of Sedona, AZ; his grandchildren, Benjamin Barnd, Kelly Barnd and Michael Paige; and his sisters-in-law, Delphine Schwartz (Gerald) and Kay Sheleski. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of floral expressions a memorial fund has been established in his name.
