It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Mulloy (Green Bay, Wisconsin), born in De Pere, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 26, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Mulloy; and his siblings, Pat Mulloy, Bernice Fox and Janet Cornelissen. He is survived by: his parent Magdaline Mulloy (Denis); his wife Florence; his children, Sharon Kelly (Marty), Jeff Mulloy (Michelle) and Jill Grout (Matt); and his siblings, Jim Mulloy and Joyce Matuszak. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
