She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lepak and Florence Lepak (Pavlik); her husband Chuck Rudolph; her sons, Jon Rudolph and Chad Rudolph; her brother Richard Lepak; her parents-in-law, Austin and Verna Rudolph; and her siblings-in-law, Harold Rudolph, Fritz Stanke, Ron Rudolph and Connie Seiltz (Donald).

She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Addison (Greg); her grandchildren, Emilie Addison (Nick Sivas), Ian Addison (Elizabeth Castaneda), Olivia Addison (Mollie Paulin), Jason and Amy McKeefry; her great grandchildren, Jerron, Landen, Kammron and McKenna; her brothers, Ross Lepak (Mary) and Randy Lepak (Liz); and her sisters-in-law, Elaine Trojan (Don) and Marilyn Stanke. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Any memorials will be donated to an organization that was special to Rhoda.
