He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Palubicki and Edna Palubicki (Wood); and his grandparents, Albert, Anna Wood, Joseph and Rose Palubicki.
He is survived by: his children, Kyle Palubicki of Old Saybrook, CT, Jason Palubicki (Hannah Pursley) of Raleigh, NC and Jessica Palubicki (Avaree Ponder); the mother of his children Melanie Palubicki of Wilmington, NC.; his siblings, Marcia Collins (Bob), Debbie Linnane (Pat), Gary Palubicki and Roger Palubicki; and his nieces and nephews, Kari (Tim), Kelly (Dan), Katie (Andy), Kimberly (Stephen), Molly, Joe and Abby.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Resurrection Parish (333 Hilltop Dr, Green Bay, WI 54301). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established in Randy's name.
