He is survived by : his father David Nelson (Mary Perfitt-Nelson); his stepfather Michael Morton; his uncle Bobby (Betsy Johnson); his aunt Jane (Ken Leeson); his siblings, Adam Nelson, Alex Greenwood, Betina Nelson, Ian Perfitt and Maddie Perfitt; his sons, Zach (Kiana Hallam), Cody (Hailey Hallam) and Casey (Maddie Nelson); his grandchildren, Ayden, Peyton, Viviana, Maya, Nash and Emmett; his cousins, Eric, Jess, Emily and Rachael; and his stepchildren, Marie, Crystal, Justin, Jordan and Jessica.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Preble Park (471 Skyline Blvd, Green Bay, WI 54302).
