He is survived by: his parent Carol Kornowski (Raaths); his significant other Karen Jones; his daughters, Jamie Carothers and Jessie LaRock; his grandsons, Mitchell, Luke and Jack; his stepson Bryan Jones; and his close friends, Ron and Brad.
