He was predeceased by: his uncles, Adam Pivonka and Jerome Goral. He is survived by: his parents, Lila Wertel (Pivonka) and Harley Wertel; his sister Gay Hullar (Paul); his niece Stephanie; and his aunts, Gay Pivonka and Theresa Vanderheyden. He is also survived by many friends and good neighbors.
