He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Wozniak and Carol Wozniak (Grosschadle); and his significant other Jennifer Wozniak. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Drake; his pet Lily; his sisters, Brenda Conard (Joe), Robin (Rob) and Dawn; his niece Katie; his nephew Nathan Conard; his mother-in-law Kathleen Drake; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Drake. He is also survived by many cousins, other relatives and friends.
