He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ray, Jean Guth, Louis and Bertha Allen; and his aunts and uncles, Ken Allen (Karen), Darrell Allen, Jerry Allen, Dennis Allen, Larry Allen, Wayne Zirbel, Virginia Jaeger (Ray) and Patricia Basten (Richard).
He is survived by: his parents, Gary Guth and Judy Guth (Allen); his brothers, Matt Guth (Kristen Pearce) and Mark Guth (Caitlyn); his nephew Everett Levi; his aunts, Caroline Allen, Gina Guth and Nancy Zirbel; and his friends, Steve Hlupic and Amber Willems. He is also survived by many cousins, other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, donations made in Nicholas' name to benefit ASPIRO would be appreciated.
