He was predeceased by : his parents, James Gallagher and Blanche Gydesen; his wife N. Jane Gallagher; and his mother-in-law Norma Jarvis. He is survived by : his children, Jennifer Pepin (Kelly) of Howard, WI, Timothy Gallagher of Green Bay, WI and Michelle Gallagher (Penny) of St. Petersburg, FL; his grandchildren, Gabrielle Pepin-VanderBerg (Bryce) of Kalamazoo, MI, Collin Pepin of St. Paul, MN and Tucker Gallagher of Green Bay, WI; his great grandchild Nadine VanderBerg; and his sister Pat Ketcham.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St John the Baptist Catholic Church (2597 Glendale Ave, Howard, WI 54313). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, June 17th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
