He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rowe and Florence Rowe (Meier); his daughter Michelle; his brother John Rowe Jr. (Arlyne); and his siblings-in-law, Louie Suprise and Janice LaMore (Ray).
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Suprise; his daughters, Leah Penza, Jacqui McMahon (Gary), Jenny Hakes (Rick) and Cheri Robinson (Patrick); his grandchildren, Dena, Jordan, Luke Penza, Jake, Rachel, Sam, Seth, Aaron Hakes, Braylon and Brei Robinson; his brother Rob Rowe (Patty); and his sisters-in-law, Judy Rank (Dave) and Marilyn Suprise. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks you take a child fishing and to enjoy the outdoors.
