Perez III of Green Bay, Wisconsin, born in Shawano, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 6, 2024, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Jamie Smith and Louis Perez, Jr.; his children, Kaylyn, Jermaine, Louis IV and Shaylee; his grandmother Robin Smith; and his brothers, Richard Perez (Tara) and Justin Perez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Family Residence (N655 Chief Little Crow Road, Keshena, WI 54135). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church (W6799 Church Street, Neopit, WI 54150).
