With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katie (Kathryn) VandenHeuvel (Green Bay, Wisconsin), who passed away on December 17, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Katie leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her sister Mary. She is survived by: her husband Robert VandenHeuvel (Bob) of Year's Eve; her sons, Eric (Kristine) of Denmark, WI and Kevin (Ineko) of Coeur D'Alene, ID; her grandson Alec (Katy Jordan); and her sisters, Peggy Swinehart (David), Connie Wecker, Ginny Graper, Mardie Sachse (Mike) and Barb Abair (Tim). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pfotenhauer Funeral Home & Cremation Services (2379 E Mason St, Green Bay, WI 54302). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
