He is survived by: his former wife Wendy Elbe (Dornbrook); his wife Terri Rodgers (Joski); his children, Makayla Munoz and Nolan Munoz; his stepsons, Jonathan Rodgers and Alec Rodgers (Ellie Paulsen); his brother Phillip; his sister-in-law Sandy Munoz; his nieces and nephews, Kyra Haas (Andrew) and Angelica Munoz; his sisters-in-law, Joelle Hocutt, Angela Joski and Janee Zawlocki; and his pets, Mahri and Lucy. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
