He was predeceased by: his wife Germaine LeCloux; his granddaughter Misha Elm; his siblings, Robert Cooney (Lucy), Donald Cooney (Millie), Eddie Cooney (Joyce), Ethel Phillips (Wally), Eleanor Hendricks (John), Beatrice Mielke (Ken) and Doris Haen (Gordon); his parents-in-law, Michael and Laura LeCloux; and his in-laws, Robert LeCloux (Lena), Aloysius LeCloux (Esther), Laverne Perleberg (Herb), Gladys Walton (Larry), Grace VanBeek (Alvin), Pearl Dollar (Al), Bev Bodart (Bob) and Arlin LeCloux.
He is survived by: his children, Laurie Pamperin (David), Sue Elm (Keith) and Jody Cooney (Emily Cherney); his grandchildren, Kiara Miller (Aaron), Brittaney Cooney and Tristan Cooney; and his children, Chris, Bonnie Bodart and Tina Cooney.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Proko-Wall Funeral Home (1630 E Mason St, Green Bay, WI 54302). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
