James L. Waters Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James L. Waters of Green Bay, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 6, 2025 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James L. Waters to pay them a last tribute.

In the vast expanse of eternity, James shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid James farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Waters and Letha Waters (Larson); and his brother Kenny Waters. He is survived by: his wife Ginny Biebel; and his sons, Bryan Waters (Sarah), Kevin Waters (Katie), Brad Waters (Nicole) and David Waters (Michelle). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Resurrection Catholic Church (333 Hilltop Dr, Green Bay, WI 54301). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.

A donation in his memory can be made to Unity Hospice, Salvation Army or Meals on Wheels.
