He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sr. Kiefert and Elsie Kiefert (LaCourt); his stepfather Fredrick Willame; his siblings, Gerald Kiefert, Joseph LaCourt, Bernard Kiefert (Audrey) and Mary Loch (Francis); and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Klemek and Sandra Kiefert.
He is survived by: his children, William Kiefert (Donna), Lisa DeHaven (Richard) and Rodney Kiefert (Joyce); his brother Richard "Dick" Kiefert; and his half-sister Rosemary Klemek. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
