He was predeceased by: his sister Ethel Reinhard (Bob). He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Susan) and Christopher; his granddaughter Samantha; and his sister Alice Miller (Ron). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
