He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Williams and Helen Williams (Charles); his parents-in-law, Louis VandenBusch and Ruth LaFave; his brothers, Thomas and Ronald Williams; his brothers-in-law, Jerome VandenBusch, James Nachtwey, Tony Kerscher and Norbert Oudenhoven; and his goddaughter Ann Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Lisa Williams (Mike De Vasure), David Williams, Steven Williams (Jamie) and Mark Williams (Jen Way); his granddaughters, Jaiden Williams, Sidney Williams, Toni Williams and Summer Way; and his siblings, Richard, James, Gloria, Jeannie and Judith.
