He is survived by: his children, Chad Peruzzi (Stacy) of Oshkosh and Kate Jost (Jeremy) of Green Bay; his grandchildren, Dominic, Alexis Peruzzi, Harper and Jackson Jost; and his siblings, Tim Peruzzi (Bonnie) of Iron River, MI and Julie Woodworth (Ron) of Green Bay.
