She was predeceased by: her spouse Kay V. Rezabek; her brother-in-law Gary Rezabek; and her grandchild Kenny Lacombe. She is survived by: her children, Rick Rezabek (Jackie) and Tammy LaCombe (Larry); her grandchildren, Ryan (Lauren), Rob, Josh Rezabek, Ashley Schuette, Jon Rezabek (Liz), Cody and Kylie LaCombe; her great grandchildren, Abel, Jackson and Hadley Rezabek; and her siblings-in-law, John Rezabek (Jeanette) and Mary Clark (Pete).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Donna's name.
