He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Bonni Kanzenbach (Kirk), Silver Cliff, Brian Bartolazzi (Keri), De Pere, Dirk Bartolazzi (Danielle), Dina DeGroot (Greg), Dani Mayer (Matt), Beth Relyea (Travis), Allouez and Ben Bartolazzi (Jenny); his grandchildren, Rebecca Kanzenbach, William (Laura), Regina (Joe), Connolly and Joseph (Mallory); his brother Peter Bartolazzi; and his caregiver Ashley.
