He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Suemnick and Marguerite Suemnick (O'Donnelly); and his siblings-in-law, David Mahlik, Stacy Ludwig and Jeanette Ludwig.

He is survived by: his wife Karen Ludwig; his children, Sarah Rahhal (John), Mary Heim (Phil), Mike Suemnick (Kelly), Maggie Tomashek (Mark) and Colleen Keogh; his grandchildren, Matthew Rahhal, Michael PreFontaine (Miranda), Jacob PreFontaine, Taylor Heim (Morgan), Hayden Heim, Patrick Suemnick, Marcus Tomashek, Drew Tomashek, Jeffrey Keogh (Courtney), Devin Heuvelman and Cole Daeschel; his great grandchild Amelia Keogh; his sister Denise Mahlik; his siblings-in-law, Paul Ludwig, Myles Ludwig (Jackie), Bradley Ludwig, John Ludwig and Joni Emery; and also Jamie Keogh. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and a nephew.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A wake will be held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Blaney Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1521 Shawano Ave, Green Bay, WI 54303). A Mass will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Edward & Isidore Parish (3667 Flintville Rd, Suamico, WI 54313).
