He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hoffman and Esther Hoffman (Kortkamp); his son Glenn Daniel; and also Blake. He is survived by: his brother Harold B. Hoffman of California; his sister-in-law Charlotte Hoffman; his nieces and nephews, Karla Rogers, Ashley (Mark Erwin), Claire, Koah, Kendrick (Alyssa), Owen and Charlotte; his great-niece Jennifer Wettstein; and his nieces and nephews, Jesse Ehlen (Amy), Elora, Danielle and Lilly.
