He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Beck and Mary De Beck (Marchant); his stepsons, Kevin Van Pay and Craig Van Pay; his siblings, Joseph De Beck, Esther Drewieski (Bob) and Arline Wisniewski (Norb); and his goddaughter Kathy Pelkin Yunke.

He is survived by: his wife Jean Mary Van Pay (Gerstner); his stepchildren, Gary Van Pay, Randall Van Pay and Lynn Van De (Jeff); his sister Diane Heling (Darrell); and his godchildren, Diane Heling (Darrell), Dan Marchant and Tim Wesely. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Proko-Wall Funeral Home (1630 E Mason St, Green Bay, WI 54302). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
