He was predeceased by: his parents, William Heimann and Minnie Heimann (Krupke); his sister-in-law Imogene Larson of Monroe; his wife Lois Larson of Paul's Church; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Heimann; his granddaughters, Megan and Michelle Heimann; and his brothers, Ralph and Ernie Heimann.

He is survived by: his family Lord; his children, John Heimann (Pam) of Darlington, Rick Heimann of Darlington, Gerald Heimann of Gratiot, Kathy Potter (Denny) of Monroe and Lori Trumpy (John) of Winslow, IL.; his grandchildren, Tami Cenite (Chad), Angie Paisley (Beau), Lucas Risser (Amanda), Kali Downing (Dan), Jamie Gould (Dave), Jennifer Meyer (Andy), Joey Heimann, Josh Potter (Leah), Jason Potter, Leslie Trumpy, Noah Trumpy (Katie), Amanda Stockton (Brad), Michael Walker, Amy Heimann (Brennan), Katie Heimann, Kristina Heimann, Charlie Heimann and Jeremiah Haferbecker; and his brother-in-law Dwyane Larson (Sally) of Darlington.
