He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Weaver and Georgiana Weaver (Hugill); his wife Arlene M. Williams; and his brothers, Robert, Roy, Stillie and Ross Weaver.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Weaver (Marsha), Georjean Terry (Mike) of Springdale, AR and Sally Reichling (Jim) of Monroe, WI; and his grandchildren, Amy Udelhofen (Jason), Abby Leahy (Shawn), Anna Robbins (Jeff), Ali Chapman (Shane), Michael Terry, Gina Dunaway (Brian), Katelyn Terry, Cheryl Reichling-Clement (Alex) and Heather Reichling. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Charlie's name.
