He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sullivan and Doris Sullivan (Johnson); his stepfather Joe Marek; his son Terry Jon; and his brothers, Duke, Jean Asmus and Gordon Lange.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne; his son Jeffrey (Jen); his grandchildren, Brian and April; his great grandchildren, Lily Mae, Caroline and Charlotte; and his in-laws, Marilyn, LeRoy Read, Darrell, Judy Lange, David, Debbie Lange and Gilda Lange. He is also survived by other family members and many friends.
