He was predeceased by: his father Laurel Nelson; his brothers, Randy Nelson and Rick Nelson; and his daughter Erica Nelson. He is survived by: his mother Irene Nelson (Lampe); his wife Kerri Harter; his children, Kerissa "Keets", Shelly Nelson, Tera Bowman (Randy), Kerissa Nelson (Aaron Ostermann) and Alex Nelson (Darla Corty); his grandchildren, Erica, Alethea, Anthony, Elana, Eve, Kane, Asher, Kimber and Brynnlee; his siblings, Jim Nelson (Laurie) and Mary Jane Johnson (Paul); and his sister-in-law Janice Nelson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
