He is survived by: his wife Janice Panek; his children, Cheryl Nelson (Andy) and Roger Panek Jr. (Christine); and his sister Rita Hughes (Bob). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 2 step-great grandsons.
