He is survived by: his children, Chris Melin (Katie) and Amanda Weigman (Mike); his granddaughters, Bryn Weigman, Alivia Melin, Brooklyn Weigman and Stella Melin; and his siblings, Bob Melin (Teresa), Jim Melin (Patty), Don Melin, Trudy Cowman (Charlie), Kathy Bowers, Kristi Melin-Larson (Bruce) and Lauri Nelson (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
