He was predeceased by: his wife Jane; and his sister Diane Bram. He is survived by: his children, Frank Rau (Angel) and Sarah Covey (Lucas); and his grandchildren, Sadie Rau, Brittany, Dominic Rau, Reis and Shilo Covey. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
