He is survived by: his children, Brent Miller and Rhonda Polen (Gary); his sister Ardyce Kasper (Ardy); his grandchildren, Chris (Alexis), Bethany (Jordan) and Steve; and his great grandchildren, Garrison and Rigel. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
