He is survived by: his wife Eileen Swanson; his children, Melody Kruse (Leon) of Rush City, Julie Dahlberg (Dave) of Grantsburg, Darran Johnson (Sue) of Grantsburg and Dwane Johnson (Merly) of St. Cloud; his grandchildren, Brian Kruse (Jen), Brenda Skiba (Nick), Andrew Dahlberg (Rosie), Kathryn Spadanuta-Castello (Jason), Allen Johnson, Patricia Mathers (Jason), Nathen Johnson, Patrick Johnson, Christopher Johnson (Eri) and Kevin Johnson; his stepgranddaughter Melanie Johnson; his great grandchildren, Travis, Austin, Victoria, Damon, Mavis, Destiny, Brandon, Annabelle, Joshua, Grayson, Clark and Leo; his siblings, Blanche Anderson (Andy) of Texas, Nina Dewing (Doug) of Grantsburg and Norman Johnson (Bonae) of Grantsburg; and his siblings-in-law, Ardy Johnson of South Dakota and Wayne Swanson (Sandy) of St. Croix Falls. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
