He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Scott Jensen (Beth) and Kelly Smith (Keith); his stepdaughters, Heather McMahan (AJ) and Stacy Love (Israel); his grandchildren, Andrew, Jack, Ryan, Talon, Reese, Tyra, Isaac, Malachias, Jasmine, Naomi and Azariah; and his siblings, Mark Jensen (Monika), Marsha Weiss, Gloria Rasmussen (Craig) and Sonya Affolter.
Memorials are preferred to the family.
