He was predeceased by: his grandparents, David F. Lutz, Sarah and James Shaw. He is survived by: his daughters, Whitney and Isabel; his parents, David J. Lutz and Pat Lutz (Bob); and his brothers, Clint (Sarah) and Matt (Jessica). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
