She is survived by: her husband Francis Walter; her children, Joseph Walter of Queen City, Michael Walter (Brittney Oesch), Caroline Walter (Thomas Tingley) of Kirksville and Rose Walter (Joseph Nolan); her grandchildren, Brayden Fellinger and Conner Tingley; and her siblings, Jean Blaskey, Grace Blaskey and Steve Blaskey.
