We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2024, at the age of 83, John Vandeberg of Granton, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Vandeberg and Florence Vandeberg (Altenburg); his wife Marjorie Dietz; his son Terry; his grandson Ryan Vandeberg; and his sister Gloria.

He is survived by: his children, Jim Vandeberg (Donna) of Granton, WI, Barb Friemoth (Brian) of Neillsville, WI, Debbie Vandeberg of Granton, WI and Bob Vandeberg (Jenny) of Granton, WI; and his sisters, Dolly Duerr (Jim) of Athens, WI and JoAnn Sydel (Monty) of Athens, WI. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.

“Our hearts go out to you all. We know too well the pain and sorrow you are feeling with the loss of your Dad. He was a great inspiration and most encouraging to our father when we last see him. He remenised of all the hard work and sacrifice he and his children did on the Dairy farm. All for the love of his family. He spoke well of his children to my father. God sets the time we have on this earth. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. We will see him in heaven.”
