He was predeceased by: his daughter Cindy Suda. He is survived by: his wife Gwen Carstensen (Galbreath); and his daughters, Judy Opelt, Charrolette Curley and Georgia Kostohryz. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
