He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Durst; his children, Bridget Zawislan (Shawn) of Unity, WI, Scott Quicker of Granton, WI and Kim Patefield (Jon) of Marshfield, WI; his grandchildren, Brandi Lueddecke (Nick), Brittney Schmitt (Sam), Brandon Zawislan, Breanne Zawislan, Brielle Zawislan, Alex Patefield (Oliva) and Leann Patefield; and his pet Duke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
